Head Tube Fixture (for Bicycle Frame Jig)

The Chop Source Head Tube Fixture is used to hold the head tube of your bicycle frame in the welding jig. It includes two side plates, a 3/4" threaded rod, rod block, an aluminum threaded spacer, and hardware. The fixture will accommodate head tube angles from 40 to 75 degrees from horizontal. If mounted to a 2"x2" upright, it can go to 90 degrees by flipping around the rod block. The head tube cones are sold separately. The Head Tube Fixture works with both 2"x2" and 2"x3" tubing.

The side plates are powder coated black. The rod block is TIG welded and powder coated black.

This fixture can be used for motorcycle and mini bike frames as well. It is the same as our Neck Fixture.
