Bicycle Frame Jig/Fixture Centering Cone Set - Stainless Steel

Set of five centering cones to build a bicycle frame welding jig/fixture.

The two larger cones are for the bottom bracket, the medium cones are for the head tube, and the small cone is for the seat tube.  You will need to determine if these will work for your bicycle frame jig build. Some people use the larger cones for the head tube and medium cones for the bottom bracket.

Bicycle Frame Jig/Fixture Centering Cones:

• Used for your custom bicycle frame jig.
• 303 Stainless Steel.
  
• CNC manufactured to precise tolerances.

Head Tube Cones:

• Smooth bored to slide over 3/4" threaded rod or shaft.
• 1.980" large O.D.
• .875" small O.D.

Bottom Bracket Cones:

• Smooth bored to slide over 3/4" threaded rod or shaft.
• 2.45" large O.D.
• 1.125" small O.D.
• Flatter taper so cones fully seat without contacting each other in large and narrow bottom brackets.

Seat Tube Cone:

• Smooth bored for 5/16" or 8mm through bolt.
• 1.45" large O.D.
• .625" small O.D.
